TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 1   1. To book your seats you would have to pay min deposit of Rs.5000/- for South India tour and Rs.10000/- for North India Tour and Rs.25000/- (variable) for International tours, per participants. The said deposit will be adjusted against the final cost of the tour.   2. The full payment should reach us 30 days prior to the tour commencement date. Management reserves the right to cancel the seats if the same does not reach with in the specified period. Seat booked will be confirmed only receiving the total tour cost.   3. Advance/ part payment pay towards tour charges is not refundable (Land Package cost only).   4. Cancellation 15 days prior for South India/ 30 days prior for North India (Excluding the date of journey)90% of tour charges (only if paid in full) will be refunded (Land Package cost only).   5. Cancellation 5 days prior for South India/ 15 days prior for North India (Excluding the date of journey) 75%of tour charges (only if paid in full) will be refunded (Land Package cost only).   6. No refund of either reservation fees or tour charges will be made if cancellation is made less than 5 days for South India/ less than 15 days for North India tours before onward journey (Excluding the date of journey).   7. Refunds will be made only on presentation of original receipts.   8. No refund will be made towards unutilized services of the tour.   9. No refunds will be made for non-working of A/C units of the coaches while on tour.   10. All cancelation must be made in writing, the date on which writing cancellation reaches will be the date reckoned for the date of cancellation.   11. Air tickets/ A/C Train tickets / return journey tickets can be arranged (subject to availability) at actual extra cost if informed well in advance with up gradation charges to be paid while booking seats.   12. Transportation on tour will be arranged depending on the size of the group.   13. All tours will be operated subject to a minimum of 20 full paying passengers travelling together, incase they are less than 20 full paying passengers, the clients will be given an option of travelling on any other departure date.   14. Tour timing/ itinerary / tour-fare are subject to change; Chinmay Travels reserves to right to alteramend or even cancel any tour depending on the exigencies of the occasion, without assigning any reason. If our tour is cancelled advance amount paid will be refunded in full but no refund of consequential loss will be entertained.   15. Tour Fares are subject to change with or without notice depending on the Central -State Govt. Budget effects. Rates prevailing on the date of departure will apply. Charges for children: aged 3 to 7 years for South and Central India tours and 5 to 11 years for North India tours, half charges with seat/ No bed.   16. Chinmay Travels, does not accept any responsibility for delay or change, missed connection, political disturbance, strike, war, natural calamities, injury, death, sickness, accident, theft, consequential loss or expenses borne by the passengers.   17. Postponement of tour for any reason whatsoever will be treated as cancellation on that tour and a fresh booking of a new tour. Thus, cancellation charges would apply for the same.   18. Even though we are having a fleet of A/c and Non A/c coaches or hotels if deemed necessary or advisable for any of its conducted tours without assigning any reasons to the clients. All the services will remain the same. 19. GST tax will be applicable @ 18% on cancelation charges (subject to budget changes). Note : We advise you to book your flight tickets only after confirmation of our tour. “Travel safe, far, wide & often.”   TERMS AND CONDITIONS: 2   1.    The Meter reading Days and Timings are calculated from office to office.   2.    Out Station Minimum 300 kms per day, Otherwise the same will be charged. Day means Calendar Day. 3.    Extra Driver's batta for Out Station will be charged double. Driving between 10:00 pm to 6:00 am. 4.    Drivers bata shall be applicable between 10.00 p.m - 6.00 a.m & After 10 Hrs of Local Usage. 5.    Extra Parking Fee, Tollgate and Permit (as per discussion) should be borne by Customer. 6.    Package tours. are Including Driver Batta, Tollgate, Parking & Inter State Permit. 7.    Interstate permit will be valid only 7 days round trip, Permit copy and tax receipts will not be issued after the trip. 8.    User strictly enter KM & Time before releasing vehicle. 9.    For Local Use ( With in Bangalore ) In case, if it is more than 8 Hrs 80 Kms extra payment as to made according to extra Kms & Hours. 10.  GST will be charged as per the Govt. rules on Gross billing amount. 11.  For Local Trips : Extra Driver's bata applicable before 6.00 a.m. after 22.00 Hours. 12.  After Hours Are Between 10.00 PM To 6 AM. 13.  We are not responsible for your belongings. 14.  All Disputes subject to BANGALORE JURISDICTION. 15.  In Case of cancellation of trip 1 day before the date of journey, confirmation Payment 100% Non-Refundable. 16.  The Rates are not valid during national holidays, Festivals, Long weekends and New Year. 17.  Chinmay Travels reserves the right to change/modify or terminate the offer any time at its own discretion & without any prior notice.
